A Funny Story

David and I were sitting at the table finishing dinner. Will had already gotten down and he starts calling me and pointing in the other direction. I get up and say show me what you want. He takes off running toward my chair and climbs up in it. (He lured me out of my chair the little booger). Anyway David starts laughing and says "sucker." Then Will says "gucker."

He has 3 new words. Wouldn't you know they would be food related. He says bapple-apple, bluebe- blueberry and cracker-cracker.

I'll post Christmas pictures soon.

Things Will Likes To Do

Torment Sidney

Read his books

Eat!!

Help his Daddy

Whine!!

Make noise!!

Climb

Play!

Break my tea pitcher

Sit in the freezer-

Share!

Look at the tractor

Hide

I found you Will-

Run through the sprinkler

Get wet

Will is full of himself these days and thinks he runs this place. He’s so cute and so much fun though. He’s starting to say more and more. He is saying Didi (Sidney), juice, mommy, daddy, bye-bye. Night-night, pappaw, tractor, & baby, . He knows many of his animal sounds and understands most everything we tell him.

He is a big help around the house. He’ll unload the dishwasher, put clothes in the dryer, help clear the table, vacuum and swiffer. Do you think he knows it’s almost time for Santa?

He’s been pretty curious about the Christmas tree. He’s done a good job for the most part not touching the ornaments. It’s very tempting though.

We’ve created a time-out corner. I’m not sure it’s real punishing because we’ll find him sitting in it even when he hasn’t been bad. If he does get into some mischief and we holler no, he’ll go sit in time-out before we tell him too. I’m not sure what to think about that.

He has all of his teeth now- except for the 2 year molars- and has for about a month now. Good thing because there’s not much that he won’t eat. I think that he could sit in his high chair all day if the grapes, bananas, cheerios, and fig newtons were in a bottomless bowl.

He doesn’t stop much during the day and doesn’t like to play by himself. He’s certainly a full time job and I’m ready to go bed when he does. There’s a few grandparents out there that will attest to that.

David and I go into his room at night and watch him sleep. He is so peaceful and sweet. He’s our sweetheart and we thank the Lord every night for our sweet little Angel.

What's up with Will?

"I gave at the office"

"Hey girl, can I hit you back?"

Lil' Booger

I don't know what he's doing but it sure is cute!

This is what Will does when you tell him to say cheese.

He thinks he can put on his own shoes.

Will has a cold right now. Between getting quite a few teeth and the cold he has been a handfull for the last 5 days. He has 4 molars now and working on the incisors. They must be brutal. The only way I have found to quite the whining and stop the tantrums is to go outside, play on the stairs, or run the vaccuum. I'm thankful when Dad get's home because I certainly need a break. He's still not saying much. Most of what he says no one understands but me. He tries to say green bean but it comes out bea-bean. He also says Sidney but it sounds like nee-nee. He'll pat his leg when he wants her to come. He does a lot of pointing and says dat to everything.

He and I went to vote last week and stood in line for an hour. He was great the first half but decided to throw 3 tantrums during the second half. I thought it might get me to the front of the line but no such luck. Tantrums seem to be his thing right now. You should have seen the wrestling match between him and his dad over a bag of pretzels. He was mad when Dave took it away and he let us know about it. But overall, he is very good and does great when we go out (as long as the goldfish and cheerios are flowing). He sleeps from 8-8 and goes down without much fuss. Hope you like the photos. Make sure you look at his halloween shots below. We didn't go out Friday night because of his cold. But we did do the church trunk or treat and he got a few things that he could eat. I have some videos to post but it will have to be later in the week so check back soon.
