I Am Loved

HIP HIP HOORAY!!

Today is a great day. Will is having his best day yet. He has only fussed for about 5 minutes total today. He has been awake a lot and has been as content as can be. I've bounced him in the bouncy chair and sung to him most of the day and it has seemed to suit him. Usually our days are just the opposite where he is only quiet for 5 minutes total. Let's hope it continues. He went 6 hours between feedings last night which means I got 4 straight hours of sleep. I'd like to see that continue too. Right now he is in the backpack and sound asleep. I think he likes me carrying him around in it. This is the second time I've put him in it and he has fallen off to sleep. I think we are making progress!!

1 month old

Wow, hard to believe that Will is a month old. He is getting to be a big boy. We went to the Pediatrician today. The Dr. gave him a good check up. He weighs 9lbs 5oz. He is 21 and 3/4 inches long and his head circumference is 14.5. It's been an interesting 4 weeks. We have had a lot of fun with him. He makes us laugh a lot. He makes a frustrated a little and he makes us sleepy on a daily basis. He does pretty well at night here lately. His fussy time is around 5:00 pm. He seems to like playing on his activity mat where he can stare at himself in the mirror and watch the monkey bounce around. He also has fun in his bouncy chair. Well, there's my little alarm clock now. I've added some pictures below of him from this week. Isn't he cute?
